I know there are several test points on the boards but I am unfamiliar with what voltages are supposed to be seen at different points in the activation cycle.Īdditional information: I am observing relay d on board 8 polar activating when I press either the left or right cutting buttons.
This morning the d1 relay is not activating. When the cutter warms up then the relays d2 and d3 activate and the normal cutting operation happens. When we see the non-tripping issue we can observe relay d1 activating on board 7SB polar but nothing else happens. Today it has not responded to the warmer temperatures. Eventually it will work as the temperature rises. The cutter has been giving intermittent issues when it is colder in the shop.
